The business works across the residential property lifecycle by; acquiring unconsented land, designing and gaining planning, building out and ultimately managing homes within the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The business is currently backed by the following three investment partners:

Palmer Capital is a UK-focused real estate investment management company with >£800m of assets under management (as of 30th June 2018). Founded in 1992, the company is privately owned and has c. 25 years of experience in direct real estate.

Palmer Capital has minority share holdings in eight property companies, which provides investors of Palmer Capital within unique access to deal flow, local expertise and entrepreneurial asset managers. The company has c.100 properties that it manages on behalf of discretionary investors or third party segregated mandates. Heriot UK Limited is a registered UK entity with a particular focus on commercial and residential opportunities within the UK. Heriot UK Limited was established in 2017 by Steven Herring, who has real estate expertise, having developed and acquired retail, industrial, commercial and specialised properties in multiple jurisdictions over the past 20 years.

Everglen Capital is a UK- based privately-owned investment holding company who have a 25-year successful investment track record with deep roots in South Africa. The founders have vast experience in specialty finance and real estate. In addition to its property investments, Everglen Capital holds a 29% stake in Transaction Capital, a JSE listed financial services group with a R10.4bn market cap (as of March 2018).
