The business works across the residential property lifecycle by; acquiring unconsented land, designing and gaining planning, building out and ultimately managing homes within the Private Rented Sector (PRS). The business is currently backed by the following three investment partners:
Packaged Living benefits from the financial backing of Palmer Capital and draws on funding for development and investment via a number of in-house managed funds. Funding is available from £1m – 100m+, with acquisitions typically in the range of £2m-30m, for unconditional deals, joint ventures and development management roles.
Packaged Living also enjoys access to Palmer Capital’s centralised framework of financial and legal expertise, assistance with structuring deals, sourcing finance and advising with negotiations and management matters, in return for a minority shareholding in Packaged Living.
