Packaged Living launched its Single Family Housing business in 2020, delivering the same high-quality consumer experience to renters of single-family suburban housing that is currently enjoyed by residents of multifamily city centre apartments.

Packaged Living is investing institutional capital to create suburban communities comprising between 50 and 200+ homes. Its approach is two fold in both acquiring land to directly develop communities as well as forward funding portfolios from volume house builders across the UK.
