Working with asset owner and FTSE landlord Hammerson plc, this is a re-positioning of part of the city centre retail offer.  Naturally a great location for rest, work and play we are working on achieving a consent for a city leading build to rent offer of over 300 apartments.    

A good example of how build to rent product is able to help the evolution of retail assets, whilst maintaining vibrant city centre locations, high footfall and strong asset values.
