Prior to setting up Packaged Living, Ed led Grainger Plc’s acquisitions team, investing over £500m in schemes across the UK including Clippers Quay in Salford, Finzels Reach in Bristol and the former Yorkshire Evening Post site in Leeds. Ed is a chartered banker with over 10 years’ cross border real estate experience in banking, private equity and fund management. A former Lombard Scholar and Freeman of London, Ed also holds an executive MBA from Regensburg University in Germany, where his thesis focused on residential investments products.
Alex served as an officer in the British Army before starting his financial career with Credit Lyonnais Securities in 1997. He then completed an MBA at London Business School before joining Sabre Holdings’ European Corporate Finance team. He joined Fiera Real Estate (formerly known as Palmer Capital) in 2003, initially charged with creating the fund management business within Fiera Real Estate. He was promoted to Chief Executive in 2008 and became Chairman of Packaged Living in 2018.
Ray has specialised in development and investment for 50 years. He became Chief Executive of Lambert Smith Hampton in his early 20s and remained in this position until 1992 when he established Fiera Real Estate (formerly known as Palmer Capital). Ray is Chairman of eight of the property companies in which Fiera Real Estate has a shareholding and takes particular responsibility for Fiera Real Estate’s balance sheet investments.
Mark is a Chartered Engineer and leads the Development side of the business. He is an experienced and recognised developer who has worked on numerous BtR schemes over a career spanning over 20 years. Most recently, Mark was Director of Development at Grainger plc, where he spent 10 years helping source and create the UK’s leading residential investment platform.
Sophie is a qualified Architect working on the Project Management side of the business. Her key project at Packaged Living is working with the team at Aubrey Place, as well as supporting the existing team with the management of current and future projects across the UK.
Minty is responsible for leading and overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of the overarching marketing strategy of Fiera Real Estate. Minty heads up the implementation of a comprehensive cross-regional marketing strategy to power traffic acquisition, reputation awareness of Packaged Living and overall brand recognition.
Steve previously worked for Henderson Global Investors (now TH Real Estate) after qualifying at DTZ Debenhams Tie Leung (Now Cushman & Wakefield). Steve joined Fiera Real Estate in 2006 as a Director and supports Packaged Living’s acquisition and investment process as well as its capital and debt raising efforts.
Graham trained as a Chartered Accountant with Simmons Gainsford LLP, a top 50 West End practice specialising in Real Estate.
Graham progressed to Audit Manager and joined Fiera Real Estate in 2014 as Group Finance Manager, being promoted to CFO in 2017. Graham provides Packaged Living with access to in-house financial support to support the company’s executives on both transactional and corporate matters.
